Cotton content is the main distinction
The 4315 uses a published blend of 55% cotton, 42% polyester and 3% spandex. That composition gives shoppers a concrete reason to compare it with Revolution or iFlex instead of treating all Cherokee jackets as interchangeable. If your preference is specifically for a jacket with substantial cotton content, this is one of the clearer candidates in the shortlist.
Fiber percentages alone do not tell you how warm a garment will feel or how it will fit after washing. Use them to narrow the choices, then check the garment label for care and try the jacket with the layers you actually intend to wear.
A zipper without a high collar
Many zip-front scrub jackets use a stand collar. The 4315 instead has a crew neckline, which makes it particularly relevant if you like a continuous front fastening but dislike fabric rising around your neck. Cherokee lists a relaxed cut with raglan sleeves and knit cuffs.
During a try-on, pay attention to the neckline when the zipper is fully closed. It should sit comfortably over your scrub top without forcing you to leave the front open. Also sit down and reach toward a desk; this is a better check of usable room than looking at the jacket while standing still.
Storage and the closest alternatives
Its two front patch pockets are supplemented by a sectional pocket at the right, with an ID loop. This layout suits someone who wants familiar front access rather than concealed storage. Confirm phone fit with your case attached before relying on the smaller compartment.
Choose Originals 4350 if a snap closure is preferable and stretch is not essential. Choose Revolution WW301 if a stand collar and shaped high-low hem better suit your wardrobe. Neither is a direct substitute for the 4315's specific combination of cotton content and crewneck zipper styling.
