The hem is a practical fit question
The WW301's high-low shirttail hem is its clearest visual distinction. Rather than looking only at the back length, consider how the front and sides sit over your scrub top. A shaped hem may appeal when you want a less boxy outline, but the actual overlap depends on your proportions and the top underneath.
Check the jacket while seated as well as standing. If the front ends exactly where a pocket or waistband presses, the shape may feel less convenient than it looks in a photograph. Compare the straighter-looking warm-up styles in your shortlist before deciding that extra back coverage is automatically better.
Mesh panels and a stand collar
Cherokee describes breathable mesh panels, a stand collar and a full zip front. These details make WW301 relevant to someone who wants an activewear appearance while staying within a scrub collection. They do not establish a temperature rating or prove that it will solve overheating during a shift.
If you prefer an open neckline, try the collar with the zipper partially lowered. If you want to close it fully, check how it meets the neckline of your scrub top. The useful choice is the configuration you can wear comfortably, not the most features on a product card.
Compare within Revolution first
WW301 and WW310 use the same published polyester-rayon-spandex main-fabric blend, so they offer a focused comparison of jacket design. Choose WW301 for its zipper and shaped hem; compare WW310 when snaps and a crew neckline suit you better.
Three pockets provide front storage, including an additional hidden pocket. Check access with your usual items inside before committing to the size. If a cotton-rich fabric is your main requirement, Core Stretch 4315 is the more relevant alternative. Its crewneck zip design also offers a useful contrast for shoppers who do not want the raised collar.
