A conventional uniform layer
The 4350 makes the most sense when you want a simple jacket that fits the visual language of traditional scrubs. Cherokee lists a relaxed women's cut, snap closure and rib-knit cuffs. There is no spandex in the published main-fabric blend. That matters when comparing it with stretchy jackets: allow the garment enough room to move instead of expecting the material to compensate for a tight fit.
A useful try-on check is to close the front over your normal scrub top, then reach forward and sit down. Pulling between the snaps is a reason to reconsider the size or cut. An open jacket can disguise a fit problem that becomes obvious when fastened.
What the three pockets actually offer
The pocket arrangement is two front patch pockets plus an extra phone pocket at the right. Think about the objects you carry together before deciding that three is enough. A phone sharing space with other items may be inconvenient even when the nominal pocket count looks right.
The manufacturer does not give a supported pocket capacity for your particular phone or case. Check the actual fit rather than assuming that the word phone guarantees compatibility. If secure closures are your priority, compare a jacket with explicitly described zip pockets.
When to move to another Cherokee line
Choose the 4350 when snaps, a relaxed shape and the polyester-cotton blend meet your needs. The Revolution WW310 offers another snap-front option with a different fabric composition. Core Stretch 4315 changes both the main-fabric blend and the front fastening, so it deserves a look if a zipper is your preference.
Do not buy this model expecting an insulated fleece or a fitted athletic jacket. Match the selected color to your uniform requirements and use the exact seller's size and return information before ordering.
