The Lite name does not identify the fabric
Clarity and Wellness share a collection label, but the manufacturer describes different constructions. Wellness uses a polyester-spandex fleece knit, while Clarity has a dobby body with separate rib trim. That difference matters more than an assumption that everything called Lite must feel equally thin. Our recommendation is to choose by material and intended use, then compare the appearance. Do not buy this fleece expecting the exact surface or drape of another Lite garment.
Two side-entry pockets may be enough
If your trousers already carry most of your supplies, two jacket pockets can be a practical arrangement. Think about whether you want easy hand access or a compartment that closes around valuables. The official description does not establish a zip closure on these pockets, so do not assume they secure a phone during every movement. If divided front storage is more useful to your routine, compare Athena rather than adding items to a pocket layout you already find awkward.
Check coverage using the correct reference size
The published length is 27.75 inches in small. Compare that with a jacket you own and remember that another brand may quote medium instead. Try Wellness over the actual scrub top, with the front closed, and check the upper arms during a forward reach. Choose it for a straightforward fleece layer. We have not measured its warmth against Wink’s 8209, so the comparison should remain about documented construction, pockets and the fit you can verify for yourself.
