Dickies lists a 55% cotton and 45% polyester brushed poplin body. There is no stated spandex component in this blend, so allow sufficient room rather than relying on stretch to make a close fit work. If you have a favorite cotton-blend scrub top, this jacket is worth examining alongside it. That does not establish identical softness or laundering behavior; inspect the garment label for the actual care directions.
A more layered pocket front
The official description includes layered patch pockets, an interior knit pocket and an instrument loop on the left pocket, without a single total pocket count. We leave that count unspecified rather than turning compartments into an arbitrary number. During a try-on, check which opening your hand reaches first and where your phone sits. Stacked storage can be useful, but the loaded jacket should still hang comfortably.
Check coverage and the back yoke
The listed center-back length is 28.5 inches, with a back yoke and side vents. Try sitting and leaning forward to see whether the hem stays where you want it. Compare DK305 when you want a shorter listed length and a polyester-spandex body; compare Landau 7525 when you want another classic jacket containing cotton. Make the choice on the complete combination of cut, pockets and fabric, rather than treating either material percentage as a quality rating.
