Storage is the reason to inspect this model
The WW320 deserves attention if jacket pockets are part of how you organize a shift. Cherokee lists five pockets, with storage distributed across the chest, sleeve and front. This is a different approach from placing everything in two large lower pockets.
Start by making a short list of what actually goes in your jacket. A pen, phone and small accessory each need accessible space; several pockets are only useful if their position works with your habits. Check whether a chest item interferes with an ID badge and whether you can reach sleeve storage comfortably. Pocket count alone does not settle those questions.
Fit it over the uniform you wear
A men's zip-front jacket should be assessed while fully closed over your usual scrub top. Reach forward, bend your elbows and sit down. If the shoulders pull or the front rides upward, compare another size or cut rather than expecting a small amount of stretch to resolve the problem.
The stand collar is also worth checking. Some shoppers like the additional neckline coverage; others prefer a lower round neck, especially when their base layer already sits high. Cherokee publishes a 27-inch center-back length for this model, but that reference is not a guarantee of where the hem will land on your body.
Choose it for organization, then check the details
The Revolution main fabric contains polyester, rayon and spandex. If matching an existing Revolution uniform matters, compare the exact selected color and garment details together. A shared color name across different lines should not be your only check.
Choose WW320 when men's sizing, a zip front and distributed storage are priorities. For someone who wants the simplest possible layer and carries little in jacket pockets, a more basic warm-up may be easier to live with. We have not measured the compartments or tested the jacket's warmth, so neither capacity nor thermal performance is ranked here.
