A different silhouette, with a practical trade-off
The collar and concealed snap front are the main reasons to consider the 8180 over a standard warm-up. Think about how it will look and feel over your usual neckline, particularly if you also carry a lanyard. Four patch pockets make a distinct visual feature; loading all four may change the drape you liked in the product photograph. Our preference would be to plan a light pocket load before choosing this style for its appearance.
Dropped shoulders need their own fit check
A shoulder seam sitting lower is part of this design, so it should not automatically be read as the wrong size. Judge the closed chest, sleeve reach and overall room over your scrub top together. Compare the stated 28.75-inch medium length with an existing garment. If you are choosing between this and the W123 crewneck, consider whether the extra collar and shirt shape solve a real preference rather than merely looking different on the hanger.
Poplin does not tell the whole stretch story
Wink identifies the body fabric as polyester poplin. We do not turn that description into an unverified spandex percentage or claim that it stretches like Boundless. Check the selected listing and garment label if a particular fabric requirement matters to you. The 8180 is a sensible option for a collared snap-front layer; a zip jacket is the better comparison if continuous closure is your priority. Avoid ordering it solely on the assumption that every NURTUR style has the same fit.
